The Story
Just 18 km from the center of Yerevan, on the road to Ashtarak, lie 10 hectares of tended orchards and a distillery where taste is born of earth, sun and natural fruit.
This is more than a production site — it is a place where nature, quiet and the view of the mountains create an atmosphere of their own.

Our Story
The Story
Aharonyan Distillery was born not from a business plan but from a dream: to bring back the taste of Armenia as it truly is — pure and alive.
In 2023, I founded the distillery in the heart of Armenia, among the apricot, apple and peach orchards that had already been growing here for decades. Those orchards became the starting point.
I planted new trees, laid out paths, created parkland and built with tuff — the local stone that holds the breath of the earth. We designed the interiors together with talented designers, so that every hall and every detail would carry the same warmth as our spirits.
Aharonyan Distillery is a place where every drop tells a story: of family, of the land, of returning home, and of a taste created with love.
The Place
Architecture and nature
We built Aharonyan Distillery with respect for the Armenian land, its memory and its materials. The distillery buildings are raised in tuff — the local stone that has shaped the look of Armenian churches and houses for centuries. It breathes history and gives the space a warm, unmistakable texture.
The orchards around us are living witnesses of time. Many of the trees here have been growing for decades; we have continued their legacy, adding new rows of fruit trees and preserving the natural relief of the land.
Nature here is not a backdrop — it is at the center. From every point there are views of the great symbols of Armenia — the peaks of Ararat, Aragats and Ara Ler.

“I set out to create more than a distillery. I wanted to give form to a place where the taste of my homeland is felt in every drop — deeply, honestly, for real.
This is a story about returning to the source, about family roots and about love for a product made with soul.
We create refined eau-de-vie and brandy from selected fruit grown in our own orchards under the Armenian sun, with respect for the land.
Our philosophy is to preserve the authenticity of Armenian produce and to give it a refined contemporary expression: subtle, elegant, refined.
Every bottle travels the road from tree to glass with the utmost attention to detail.
